Join a dynamic and innovative team within the newly formed Systems Alliance where youll play a key role in driving collaboration and operational excellence across the project Were looking for a Support Services Manager Change Manager who is passionate about effective governance and stakeholder engagement in a public sector environment

• Lead the development and management of the Alliance Business Plan Governance Plan Management Plan and Collaboration Development and Support Plan
• Foster collaboration among alliance contractors to ensure effective coordination of programs aligning with cost and schedule targets
• Drive best practices and enhance project management and change management capabilities across the organisation
• Develop and implement operating models to optimise project outcomes
• Communicate complex information clearly both verbally and in writing to diverse stakeholders
• Identify problems and develop effective solutions while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder demands
• Track business performance against KPIs providing insightful reports to senior stakeholders

• Strong project management and change management skills particularly in HR and finance
• In-depth knowledge of public sector operations and governance frameworks
• Experience in leading and managing teams across functions to achieve complex objectives
• Proficiency in project lifecycle management including planning procurement and implementation
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders in ambiguous situations
• Proven track record in developing and managing business processes within large corporate environments
