Job Description
As a Planning Solicitor you will deal with a range of matters the work is extremely varied ranging from quick legal advice on straightforward planning issues to advising on high-profile and contentious compulsory purchase orders, regeneration and infrastructure projects, negotiation of complex development agreements, attending planning inquiries and assisting on huge corporate projects.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Planning Solicitor should have between 0-4 PQE in planning work. Please note the level of experience identified is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
