Service Performance Analyst needed in Cardiff

The rate is £12.38ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide support to the Customer & Digital Services Directorate and in doing so will undertake various duties as directed by their manager.

The service performance analyst will be provided with a variety of experiences of the workplace and learning opportunities which they will be expected to undertake.

The team provides support to all areas in Digital & Customer Services ranging from the call centre to 24/7 services and alarm receiving centre.
