FM Conway is recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Water and Drainage Management team. As our Supervisor, you will be supervising operational activities of Cleansing teams. This is a full-time, permanent position, working from our Rayleigh depot.
The duties of the Supervisor role will include:
- Inspecting sites and work standards on a regular basis
- Supervising the team’s performance, ensuring standards of work and targets are met
- Monitoring works for invoicing purposes, completing and submitting all supporting documentation
- Ensuring all team communications are carried out and are understood
- Managing any immediate performance issues, referring any that require escalation to another member of the management team
- Maintaining and building excellent client relationships
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders to ensure the site works are coordinated and projects are delivered to programme
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for a candidate who have knowledge of drainage gully cleaning, jetting. You will have experience in coordinating transport operations and a good understanding of health and safety legislation. It is essential that you have a CSCS card, full UK driving licence, health and safety qualification, SSSTS and a high-pressure water jetting certification.
