Deputy Care Home Manager - Swansea

To lead and manage the care team, to deliver high standards across the organisation. You'll also play an important role in supporting the Home manager of the service.

Role overview:

1. supporting the Home Manager to run the home, including covering in

1. ensuring the service health and safety, infection control, fire safety plans

1. undertake care assessments as well as work closely with all stake

1. helping the service to recruit and develop care workers, supporting,

supervising and performance managing them

Skills And Experience

You'll need to have qualifications and experience to apply for this post. Level 5 in social care, general nursing qualification, and experience directly delivering care can be highly beneficial to be successful in the role. Specific skills needed to work in this role includes:

1. good work ethics and time management skills
2. supervisory and team leading skills
3. performance management
4. self-motivation and resilience
5. good understanding of regulatory requirements
