ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lifeguard Supervisor, you’ll be essential in maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer

casual staff check-ins.

• Current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or commitment to obtaining it upon starting)
• First Aid Certification: Up-to-date first aid training, including CPR proficiency
• Strong Communication Skills: Experience in customer service and team leadership roles
• Organisational Abilities: Demonstrated skill in scheduling, record-keeping, and adherence to safety protocols
• 2+ Years in the Leisure Industry: Familiarity with the daily operational needs of a leisure or fitness facility
• IT Competency: Basic computer skills for compliance and scheduling tasks

• Supervisory Experience: Previous leadership experience in a leisure, fitness, or service role
• Pool Plant Operator Qualification: Understanding of pool maintenance and water testing (preferred but not essential)
