HR Manager (Experienced)
Global shipping company with a London-based HQ. Recognised for their expertise and maintaining their market-leading position over the years.
As the HR Manager, you will report to the Group Head of HR and lead a team of 3 HR generalists as you support a predominantly corporate-based employee base in London. You will deliver across the employee lifecycle, and will balance operational with strategic HR projects, both domestically and internationally.You will work to understand your business requirements and identify improvements, partnering with various SLT. As the HR Manager, you will also partner with specialist peers on C&B, Talent and Mobility matters.
In this role, you will be experienced in leading and developing a people function, and be well-versed in delivering in a global, commercial business environment. You will be accustomed to supporting business leads, partnering with international peers and working across the employee lifecycle.You will have excellent knowledge of UK employment law and be able to illustrate capability in delivering HR change projects.
Offering 3 days per week in the office, £75,000 – £83,000 base, bonus and company benefits.
