About You:
We are seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Administrative Officer who will be responsible for the provision and delivery of high-quality administrative support within Governance and Democracy service areas. You must be highly organised and able to work in a fast paced, (sometimes pressurised), highly confidential and politically sensitive environment.
You will need to bring to this role your experience of using Microsoft Office and an ability to learn other bespoke systems quickly. You will have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
You will be required to work flexibly to meet the requirements of the Governance and Democracy service areas while being confident to work independently as well as part of a team.
You will also be joining a team of knowledgeable professionals from diverse backgrounds who promote a strong public-sector service ethos. Teamwork, supporting each other and sharing best practice is the key to our success and the best part of the job is the variety.
