Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated, fully qualified Art Teachers to join secondary schools in the Northampton area. If you are passionate about nurturing creativity, developing students’ artistic abilities, and fostering a love for the arts, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons to secondary school students
- Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support students in developing their skills across various media and techniques
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment
Requirements:
- Fully qualified teacher status (QTS)
- A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related subject
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in teaching art at the secondary school level (preferred but not essential)
