Job Title: Fully Qualified Art Teacher – Secondary Schools

Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated, fully qualified Art Teachers to join secondary schools in the Northampton area. If you are passionate about nurturing creativity, developing students’ artistic abilities, and fostering a love for the arts, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons to secondary school students
  • Plan and prepare lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Support students in developing their skills across various media and techniques
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and inspiring learning environment

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • A degree in Art, Fine Arts, or a related subject
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Passion for teaching and inspiring students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in teaching art at the secondary school level (preferred but not essential)
