About the role
In 2030, this unique historic site will be 200 years old. We plan to mark and celebrate this special anniversary, by transforming our museum through a programme of major investment and capital developments and through the very best science programming.
To support this work, we are looking for a Client Project Manager to manage masterplan projects through various stages of the lifecycle from brief definition through construction to handover. You will be responsible for managing to time, cost and quality standard, ensuring projects are integrated with site operations.
This role is a full time role (35 hours pw) on a fixed term basis for 12 months.
About you
With knowledge or experience of capital project delivery work, you will have an excellent understanding of project management with an understanding of client-facing responsibilities. We are looking for a true proactive project manager who can work autonomously, set deadlines, manage expectation of others and plan for forecasted activity.You'll have sound understanding of the built environment and complex capital projects, along with experience of contract managing specialist consultants.
