HR/Recruitment Administrator
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an organised and proactive HR/Recruitment Administrator to support the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services across the Trust. This role will primarily focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR processes to ensure an efficient, customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities Include:
- Organising recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate communications, and pre-employment checks.
- Supporting onboarding processes and preparing New Starter Welcome Packs.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and the Single Central Record for each academy.
- Assisting with routine HR inquiries, updating HR documentation, and supporting payroll.

Formed in 2017 from Rochdale Sixth Form College, an Ofsted Outstanding provider, Altus Education Partnership is committed to enhancing education in the Rochdale borough. The Trust currently comprises four academies:
- Rochdale Sixth Form College (RSFC): Opened in 2010 to address underachievement in A Level performance, RSFC is now recognized nationally as a centre of excellence, with outstanding Ofsted ratings and multiple accolades.
