Guildford - Free Parking

Full time/ Office Based

£14 per hour

Monday Friday (9am -5:30pm)

Required: ASAP

Our client, a fast-growing organisation in Guildford, is seeking Temporary Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and customer-focused organisation!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming contacts from customers, demonstrating empathy, patience, and accuracy
  • Identify and assess customer's needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • Be a Brand Ambassador for the organisation, representing their values and commitment to excellent service

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset, always striving to go above and beyond
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is preferred
  • Affinity with technical product support is a plus
