Manage the Video warehouse department and ensure an adequate standard is maintained with the delivery of projects within this sector. This will include QC checks on items provided and strong warehouse organisation skills.

Qualifications:

• Technical competence and experience in the industry is essential
• Previous experience using rental software systems is highly advantageous.
• Good computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to be proactive.
• Ensure communications are clear and effective in order to facilitate cooperation and teamwork across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the preparation and supervise the prepping and testing of equipment in line with the Company’s standards and procedures.
• To assess workloads and staff levels within the department to ensure deadlines are met.
• To ensure the department is manned appropriately at all times.
• To plan the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring all stock is regularly serviced/repaired and documented.
• Be responsible for the manage and storage of company assets assigned to the department while in the location
• To ensure the accurate preparation and fulfilment on the stock control system.
• Ensure that damaged or faulty equipment is logged in the stock control system and that this is flagged with the warehouse manager and asset team.
• Co-operate with other departments as a collective unit.
• To ensure any health and safety issues are reported to the Warehouse Manager/Operations Manager.
• To train other team members in the preparation of equipment in line with the Company’s established standards and development programme.
• To flag issues relating to shortages of equipment / consumables for forthcoming jobs.
• To attend and participate in regular meetings and contribute with information, ideas and actions
• Be responsive and accommodating to internal and external enquiries or issues.
• To ensure the Company’s quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Responsible for maintaining the highest level of housekeeping, ensuring preparation areas are kept tidy and adequately stocked.
• To report any department staff issues to the Warehouse Manager as appropriate.
• Reconcile the T&A system on a weekly basis to ensure overtime and the appropriate absence codes are logged.
• Work additional hours when necessary.
• To ensure that the Company’s policies, rules, procedures and obligations are observed in carrying out the above duties.
