If you’re CIPA qualified with an excellent level of experience in patent records and drawn to a career that encompasses your technical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills, then this role could prove perfect.Managing the team, you will ensure all aspects of patent records processes operate smoothly and effectively under a supportive framework. You’ll look after staffing, appraisals, mentoring and training within the team and work closely with other departments on a developmental level to advise and feed into ways and suggestions to streamline and improve processes.
