Job Title: Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students
- Develop and implement personalised learning plans
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their learning
- Collaborate with other educators and parents to support student development
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant teaching qualification
- Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the subject matter being taught
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
- Proficient in using educational technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education or related field
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours with flexible scheduling
- Work primarily in educational institutions or private tutoring settings
- May require travel to student locations
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
