Interesting opportunity has become available for a Junior IT Support Engineer who is looking to either get in to the industry or extend your expertise, whilst working for a brilliant organisation.
You will provide IT support services related to hardware, software and networks, setting up and maintaining computer systems whilst working with an experienced team.
Responsibilities include;- Manage and resolve tickets through SNOW (Service Now).
- Installs, sets up, maintains and solves problems on computers, laser and thermal printers, tablets, handheld wireless scanners, photocopiers, Wi-Fi devices, mobiles and fixed phones.
- Installs Windows updates as/when needed
- 1 years' experience in a similar position (Advantage, not essential)
- Technical skills;
- Windows 10/11 pro;
- Office 365;
- Active Directory;
- Nutanix, Hyper-V or Vmware is an asset.
- CCNA and Microsoft certification is an advantage.
