Warwick Castle is calling for a Security Supervisor to join our legendary team. If you have the skills to protect over 1,000 years of history, the passion to lead a team, and the dedication to deliver a world-class experience, this is your moment.

As a Security Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of keeping Warwick Castle safe, secure, and thriving. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring the safety of our guests, staff, and historic grounds - day and night. From managing security operations to overseeing first aid provisions, you will be the guardian of the castle, delivering exceptional service with confidence and charisma.

Your Quest:

• Guide your team to success, ensuring high standards of safety and service.
• Oversee 24-hour security, patrol the grounds, and maintain control room operations.
• Ensure the safety of guests and staff while delivering top-tier customer service.
• Coach your team to be the best, ensuring compliance, engagement, and progression.
• Handle incidents swiftly, support emergency situations, and assist in guest interactions.

This is a full-time, permanent, hourly paid role. Working any 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in security is essential.
• A proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• SIA Door Supervisor & CCTV License – Desirable but not essential.
• The ability to react in any situation.
• A passion for delivering unforgettable experiences.
