Part Time Finance Assistant
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our clients organisation. If you have a passion for finance, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoicesContact customers to follow up on overdue payments and resolve any payment issuesNegotiate payment plans to ensure debts are settledMaintain accurate records of all communication and payment agreementsWork closely with the sales and finance teams to address any billing discrepancies or customer concernsPrepare and present reports of outstanding debts and collections effortsUse Xero platform to generate month-end invoices Requirements:Proven experience in finance, preferably as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficient in using Xero or a similar accounting software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
