Onsite Consultant

Your pay rate as an Onsite Consultant:

You will be paid £12.50 per hour

Typical working hours as an Onsite Consultant:

• You will be working from 6.00 to 15.30 on Saturday and Sunday. Total hours: 18hrs
• The ideal candidate is someone who can be flexible and able work additional hours during the week if needed to cover holidays or spikes in volumes

Duties as an Onsite Consultant:

• Dealing with colleagues via email and face to face
• Monitoring and updating computer systems accordingly
• Recruiting and onboarding new candidates including working on open days and inductions.
• Supporting with KPI reports and updating rota's
• Completing daily payroll.
• Building relationships with the client
• Other admin duties may be required
• You will be required to conduct attendance, performance, safety and conduct management with our colleagues

Our ideal candidate as an Onsite Consultant:

• Able to get to the site: Must have own transport as could also work at the branch when required
• Use effective communication skills both verbally and written
• Good work ethic and positive attitude
• Flexible when needed
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Able to work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines
• Strong level of IT, administrative and organisation skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to prioritise your own workload
• Computer literacy is essential
