EA/Office Coordinator £22-£25ph Part Time (Tuesday-Thursday)My client, a boutique Financial Services company are looking to hire an EA/Office Coordinator to provide support to the Managing Director to ensure the smooth running of the office. Working 3 days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has some previous EA/Office Administration experience who could come in and hit the ground running. The sucessful candidate will enjoy using their initiative, have a flexible attitude and a be keen problem solver. This will be a stand alone role so the EA will need to be self motivated, procative and enjoy working independently. You will be office based for the 3 working days. What you’ll do:
Responsible for answering all calls and meeting any clients Diary and calendar management for the MD and leadership teamOrganising travel arrangementsOrdering and managing inventory and office suppliesPreparing memos, correspondence and reports as requiredSet up meeting rooms and order cateringExpense proccessing and invoicesOrganise events and conferences as requiredDemonstrating confidentiality and diplomacy when handling internal requestsPreparing documents in accordance with the established procedures
What you'll need; Experience working in a similar EA/Admin roleStrong knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent communication skillsHighly motivated, enthusiastic and organisedA positive 'can do' attitudeTiger is B Corp Certified.
