Position Details:
- Start Date: November 2024
- Contract: Full-time, permanent
- Teaching Levels: Key Stage 3 & 4
- Additional Responsibilities: TLR 2c
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Geography department, driving forward the curriculum and supporting colleagues
- Inspire and engage students across the age and attainment range
- Foster a positive learning environment, promoting excellence in Geography education
- Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the subject area
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level
- Strong leadership skills with a vision for departmental growth
- Commitment to student success and a passion for Geography
