Assistant Site Supervisor (Caretaking role)Full time, permanent
Grade 3 SCP 6-9 per annum £ 24,027 – £ 25,183
Required as soon as possible.
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Morning Shift – 06.00 to 14.00 (13.30 finish on Fridays)
Mid Shift – 07.45 to 15.45 (30 minutes claimed on Fridays to cover gate duty)
Afternoon Shift – 11.00 to 19.00 (18.30 finish on Fridays)
Academy Holiday Hours – 08.00 to 16.00 (Rotating between team opening at 07.30 and locking until 16.30 – This time is claimed)

Due to an internal role change we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, efficient and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join our busy Site Team. Reporting directly to the Site and Facilities Manager, the successful applicant will be required to work independently and as part of the wider Site Team to a very high standard, providing a general maintenance service which supports the upkeep and professional management of our large premises.The Assistant Site Supervisor will also be expected to support the delivery of scheduled improvement works.
Previous experience of general maintenance, working with tools and/or working at height in a commercial setting would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be expected to support the delivery of the Academy’s Strategic Plan and adhere to our values.A level of accountability, autonomy and self-motivation is required for this role. Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
