HR Business Partner

Robert Half are working with an organisation based in Tewkesbury who are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join them as an HR Business Partner for a 6 month FTC, due to start ASAP.

This role offers hybrid working (3 days a week in office).

Key Responsibilities:

As HR Business Partner, you will:

• Provide leadership to the HR & Organisational Development team, driving efficiency and delivering key objectives
• Take ownership of all employee relations (ER) casework, ensuring cases are managed effectively and efficiently
• Lead the preparation and delivery of HR metrics and reports to the Senior Leadership
• Drive key strategic projects, such as conducting a staff survey, enhancing employee benefits, and improving engagement across the organisation.
• Undertake job evaluation and benchmarking activities on a regular basis to ensure roles are appropriately aligned and competitive.
• Support with recruitment
• Coach, mentor, and guide senior leaders
• Contribute to HR strategy and policy & process improvements

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in HR, ideally as a Business Partner or in a similar senior role.
• Proven experience managing ER casework and leading on strategic HR projects.
• The ability to interpret and use HR data to inform decision-making.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach, with a track record of delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified
