Finance Manager

Salary: Up to £325 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Management Accounting: Production of monthly Management Accounts
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure financial stability and operational efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining robust financial controls.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with senior management and other departments to present financial insights and support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Part Qualified or Qualified preference
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
