As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical assistance and troubleshooting to our customers.
Provide exceptional technical support to customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, and remote assistance tools.
Effectively communicate technical solutions in a clear and concise manner, ensuring customers understand and can implement the recommendations.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product usability, features, and overall customer experience.
Has worked in or studied the OEM automotive or Motorsport industries and has had some experience of vehicle data analysis, vehicle testing or race data analysis
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology-focused company.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Knowledge of scripting languages Python, PowerShell, etc. and SQL databases is a plus.
Basic electronics knowledge.
Strong customer service orientation, patience, and empathy to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns.
