Job Description
Manager, Financial Reporting and Control
West London - central- Statutory Reporting and Annual Reporting
- Financial Statements (including items like Climate Risk)
- New product and IFRS treatment
- Audit liaison
- P&L
- Manage and supervise financial processes and operations within the department
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies
- Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Act as a point of contact for financial and operational queries
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Contribute to the strategic planning and development of the company
The Successful Applicant
Manager, Financial Reporting and Control
West London - centralA successful Senior Manager Finance & Operations should have:
- ACCA, ACA/CPA, CIMA, or equivalent
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Banking industry
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An estimated yearly salary range of £75,000 - £90,000 GBP
- A permanent position within a prestigious Bank, Investment Bank, Private Bank, or Lending company in London
