• Optimise and maintain the company's ecommerce platform to enhance customer experience
• Implement strategies to drive traffic to the website
• Oversee online marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC and email campaigns
• Analyse website metrics and customer behaviour data to inform decisions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Coordinate with customer service team to resolve ecommerce related issues
• Assist in budget planning for ecommerce activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Ecommerce Executive should have:

• A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Proficiency in ecommerce platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of SEO and PPC strategies
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer behaviour data
