Overview

Are you a data-driven problem solver who loves turning raw numbers into actionable insights? This is your chance to take ownership of data analytics in a company with big ambitions and a highly engaged workforce. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to either mentor junior members or lead a team.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for driving analytics initiatives and supporting two junior analysts. Your role will focus on streamlining data processes, ensuring data integrity, and creating self-service dashboards that empower teams across marketing, sales, and beyond.

This role will mean you’ll build dashboards, mentor junior members and work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and meaningful reporting. There’s a strong emphasis on building relationships with stakeholders, driving your technical expertise, and business impact, and this role is key to shaping strategic decision-making.

You’ll conduct complex data analysis to support critical business decisions and collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business challenges and solve them using data. You’ll get involved in progressing and building KPI dashboards, developing self-serve dashboards throughout the business and enhance the use of data driven insights.

What experience you’ll need to apply:

  • Strong experience in data analytics with hands-on experience working with PowerBI and SQL
  • Excellent SQL experience
  • Background working with visualisation tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau)
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing stakeholders
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.
What you’ll get in return:

This is a 12-month, fixed term contract offering a salary of up to £55,000 plus a 9-day fortnight—giving you every other Friday off! Remote first working with occasional travel for meetups which would be paid for.
