Customer Service Advisor needed in Barnsley Paying £15.41 per hr Ref 009 7B80 /1

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key responsibilities include:

• - Host drop-in sessions across Barnsley, requiring personal travel.
• Engage proactively with the public.
• Use IT software to check eligibility.
• Provide advice on completing and submitting Pension Credit claims.
• Complete Pension Credit forms.
• Manage bookings for Benefit Advisors.
• Support the team with Pension Credit initiatives.
