Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, providing one-on-one or small group support to students as needed.
- Support students with special educational needs (SEN), implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and providing tailored assistance to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting a culture of respect, kindness, and collaboration among students.
- Assist with classroom management, including behaviour management and ensuring a safe and orderly learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support professionals to meet the diverse needs of students and contribute to their overall development.

Grade 6 - £27,899 - £30,060 (Based on 1 FTE plus attractive benefits)
Requirements- Passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude towards students' individual needs and abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different year groups and subject areas.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in education or childcare is desirable but not essential.
