Band 2 - Healthcare Support Worker - Full Time - Permanent (Multiple Vacancies)

We are recruiting Healthcare Support Workers for Farnham Road Hospital.

Main duties of the job

In this vital role, you will assist in all areas of care in accordance with agreed care plans and procedures to meet people who uses our services individual needs. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working hands-on in a supportive environment.

We will help you develop in your role, through a tailored career pathway which will enable you to progress within the Trust. There are many career development programmes such as the Nursing Associate Apprenticeship training available to our colleagues

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is the leading provider of health and social care services for people of all ages with mental ill-health and learning disabilities in Surrey and North East Hampshire. We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
