You will be trained to utilize our customer relationship management (CRM) software, helping you manage customer interactions efficiently. An adept ability to navigate challenges and work under pressure is essential in this fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and reporting.
Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.
Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other computer applications related to the job.
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:30End Time: 17:30
Pay Per Hour: £12.38
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
