Position Summary: As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our HR functions. Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive HR-related administration, ensuring that all people processes are delivered with accuracy and proficiency.

You will support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and leaver administration.

Key Responsibilities:

General HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records and files.
  • Carry out essential administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Provide basic HR guidance to managers and employees and respond to HR queries in the absence of the HR Advisor.
  • Assist the HR Advisor/Manager with HR project work and maintain HR noticeboards and communication displays.
  • Update HR systems and trackers with employee information and liaise with payroll as needed.

Support in the administration of the following activities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Employee Relations
  • Absence Management
  • Training and Employee Reward Schemes
  • Leaver Administration

Qualifications:

Technical Competencies:

  • Proven experience in administration is essential
  • Familiarity with HR processes is ideal
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint & HR Information Systems is preferred
