As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, thoughtfully prepared meals to executives and clients. Working closely with the Head Chef, you’ll ensure that the kitchen operations run smoothly and that all dishes reflect excellence, creativity, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and daily food preparation
• Lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence, maintaining high standards
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation across all dishes
• Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders as needed
• Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
