We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Breakfast Junior Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. This role will be looking after the breakfast operation in a busy hotel averaging 600 covers a day and leading a team of 2.
As a Breakfast Junior Sous Chef, you will receive:

The ideal candidate for the Breakfast Junior Sous Chef role will:
- Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
- Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly

- Have previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef
