Warehouse Team Leader/Bendi Driver
π Location: Pershoreπ Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (40 hours per week, start/finish times TBC).
Overtime may be required based on operational needs.
π· Pay: Β£13.35 per hour
- Sunday Uplift: Additional pay for Sunday shifts.
- Saturday Overtime: 1 in 4 rota basis.
Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader with a valid Bendi Truck Licence? Weβre looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Pershore!
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating the warehouse team to meet daily targets.
- Safe and efficient operation of Bendi Trucks.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.
- Supporting stock management and distribution tasks.
- Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet demand.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment.
- Valid and up-to-date Bendi Truck licence.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
