MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Business Development:
  • Develop, present, implement, monitor, and deliver a strategic and measurable sales plan to ensure delivery of revenue goals.
  • Research, draft and publish articles.
  • Sell and promote DRUM products and services.
  • Develop relationships with related professionals and decision-makers from across the industry.
  • Attend exclusive networking events to expand and develop the company's professional contacts.
  • Grow and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
Marketing:
  • Conduct research to gather information about target audiences and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing plan and strategy.
  • Content creation for various marketing materials & internal communications.
  • Social media management: manage the DRUM social media platforms and have full control over content output.
  • Manage technology platforms including CRM, mass mailer and the corporate website.
  • Fully engage with and leverage the features of HubSpot to maximise return and demonstrate team effort and efficacy.

You are a strong and effective communicator, very self-aware, independent and have a desire to learn, develop and upskill.

We are looking for someone with:
  • A proactive and 'can-do' attitude, contributing positively to the team.
  • A growth mindset - possessing strong business development skills.
  • Interest in and understanding of various marketing channels and communication methods.
  • Previous sales or marketing experience is appreciated.
  • Excellent presentation skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • A profound interest in the commodities/trade finance market is highly valued.
