About Our Client

Award winning house builders.

• Maintain the presentation of the site and sales complex to the highest standard.
• Provide potential buyers with full and accurate information about available homes.
• Conduct site tours, including show homes and stock plots, to showcase the product.
• Ensure that all visitors are made aware of Health & Safety Policy and always accompanied by a representative.
• Maintain up-to-date records using CRM system.
• Liaise regularly with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisers.
• Organise home demonstrations with the Site Manager and conduct the Company's handover policy.
• Provide post-completion support to clients, including resolving defects and customer care issues.
• Attend weekly Sales/Site Meetings with the Site Manager.
• Proactively collaborate with Sales Managers and colleagues to suggest ideas for achieving sales goals.

The Successful Applicant

While experience in new build homes is advantageous, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. We are open to candidates with strong transferable skills from fields such as Sales, Customer Service, Lettings, Mortgages, Estate Agency, Conveyancing, or Airlines.

We are specifically looking for individuals who are:

• Confident and capable of handling client issues.
• Able to work well in partnership with construction teams.
• Flexible and able to work weekends (a must for this role).
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

• Competitive starting salary of £26,000 per year, with additional bonuses and commission.

After completing a 12-week training period, successful candidates will receive an additional £1,000 per month as a Relief Team Member bonus. Once placed on a fixed site, you will also be eligible for our lucrative commission structure.
