We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operators to join our existing team to help deliver support to patients, GPs and other Healthcare professionals across UK & Ireland. Prior experience in Health care is not required as we provide full training.
This is a full time position working 5 days per week 09:00 - 17:00 Wednesday & Thursday and 08:00 - 16:00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday based onsite in our Bracknell office.
Requirements
About the Role- You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, appropriately dealing with any queries.
- Handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with GP's and other healthcare professionals.
- You will also be involved in administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters and other health documentation.
- Ensure information is accurately recorded and stored in line with company policies.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Superb communication skills, written & verbal.
- Experience with call handling/contact centre work is desirable, although full training will be given.
- Good level of emotional intelligence
- Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the telephone
- Experience using Microsoft Office
