Job Description
The Property Solicitor will:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial property matters from internal referrals.
- Lead business development efforts to establish and grow the property department.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional client care and high-quality service.
- Establish efficient processes and standards that reflect the firm's commitment to excellence.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Property Solicitor will be:
- A Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and a mix of residential and commercial property expertise.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of cultivating client relationships.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and make strategic contributions to the firm's growth.
