The service will be supporting individuals who are over 50 and will be for the first time living in their own flats.
The role is about supporting people to lead a Gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations. The role can be tough, you will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.It is important to note that some of our people may self-harm, have anxiety, experienced trauma or on occasion show behaviours of concern.
Active Prospects is recruiting for Night Support Worker(s) to join our Fir Tree Road is service it close to public transport, with a short walk from the bus stop/train station to the service. Drivers are always welcome – there is free onsite parking available.
