Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with home management staff to deliver exceptional care
Ensure compliance with both external and internal audit regulations
Drive continuous improvement in care practices and operational efficiency
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management within healthcare
Strong knowledge of dementia and elderly care
