What Will You Be Doing?
  • Carrying out face to face visits (including virtual) with contacts to deliver maximum value.
  • Collaborating with the Pre-Sales team on the specification requirements and supporting them in their work to deliver a high-quality project specification.
  • Acting as first point of support for existing contacts within their allocated Specifiers.
  • Expanding the range of Daikin products specified in a project to maximise sales value and offer a total solution.
  • Creating strong project specifications through unique products, services and key drivers to ensure better conversion rate and showcase our competitive advantage.
  • Management of customer upskilling and knowledge bank through technical presentation and CPD library to ensure customers understand industry legislation, Daikin products and their application.
  • Ownership and management of project pipeline and supply chain follow-up
  • Management of data in CRM relating to projects, accounts, contacts and other customer data to support accurate reporting

The Ideal Candidate:

You will be an experienced Consultant Development Manager, ideally within the same industry covering a similar territory. Confident with strategic decision making and with the ability to provide technical expertise, you will also be competent in HVAC products, solutions and legislation, with a strong awareness of the market, industry and region activity.
