Executive Assistant
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high standards of executive support for senior teams within complex organisations. Previous experience of working within the educational sector would be advantageous. The person we are looking for will have:Proven experience as a PA or similar administrative roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational abilities and an ability to pay attention to detailA structured approach to work, with the ability to multi-taskThe ability to prioritise workloads effectively amongst and meet tight deadlinesA motivated and proactive self-starting attitudeStrong levels of literacy, numeracy and IT skillsA confident, diplomatic and resilient personalityThe ability to handle confidential information with discretion Responsibilities for the role:To provide quality general administrative and secretarial support to executive, senior leadership and management team members, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations and other record keepingComplex diary and inbox managementCo-ordination of meetings, including minute taking and compiling of action logsDraft correspondence and assist with the compilation of reportsAssist with procurement and financial management processes The Location: The site is based at our Nuneaton campus (with a requirement to work from other College campuses on occasion) Why Should You Apply?
