Factory Cleaner Nights

Overview:

A vacancy has arisen for a Night Cleaner, working Monday to Friday 8pm to 4.30am. The main function of the role is to clean production areas ready for the shift start each day.

Responsibilities:

• Removal of all loose debris from all surfaces.
• Dismantling appropriate parts of the machinery to allow cleaning/pressure washing to reach difficult areas.
• Pressure washing, foaming and using chemicals on machinery and surfaces within the designated area.
• Replenishing all dispensers (soap, sanitising gel, paper towels, bin bags) in the hygiene points within the designated areas.
• Conducting deep cleaning as required.
• Completion and sign off of all relevant documentation (cleaning schedules, cleaning diary etc.).
• General hygiene cleaning duties when required.
• General dry and wet cleaning in site amenities when required.

Qualifications:

• The successful candidate will have experience of Industrial/Factory Cleaning.
• A high attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and good hygiene practices is essential.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Good Time Management Skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift objects as necessary
• Knowledge of safety protocols and practices.
• Committed to working within the Company Mission, Vision & Values.
• Own transport is required due to shift times and no public transport being available.
