Dovetail Group (uk) are recruiting for a full time caretaker to undertake general duties for a national client. The work is primarily on a group of residential outdoor spaces throughout the Central and Greater London area.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of our client's premises - to the highest standards at all times.
Duties ranging from:
Perform basic preventative maintenance, including lubrication of locks and hinges, cleaning of service bollards, signs and lighting columns and smart meters.Litter collection and waste clearance from outdoor communal spaces including waterways/canals.
Sweeping of hard surfaces and steps.
Some minor vegetation removal from steps and walls.
Pressure washing hard surfaces.
Some cleaning of toilet blocks and general upkeep may be required.
Person Specification:
Grounds experience preferred but not essential.Good positive communicator, as work will be on residential sites with customers/clients.
Ability to work independently, while managing vital communication with line manager.
Diligent and thorough outlook to work.
Working days will be Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
7am - 4pm with an hour unpaid break.
£13.50 per hour.
Company van and equipment will be provided.
