Job Description
As a Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Responding to customer queries via inbound calls
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Assisting in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Working closely with other team members to meet and exceed performance goals
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
- Participating in regular training and development programmes
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor should have:
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- 1 year or more experience within a customer call centre background
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software
- The ability to work well in a team and independently
- A good understanding of the Energy industry
