Job Description

As a Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Responding to customer queries via inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls to customers
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Assisting in the implementation of customer service policies and procedures
  • Working closely with other team members to meet and exceed performance goals
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services
  • Participating in regular training and development programmes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Temporary Part-time Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • A passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • 1 year or more experience within a customer call centre background
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently
  • A good understanding of the Energy industry
