Our key markets are the USA, Canada and the UK with additional geographic presence in Europe and Australia. Our brands are:- Snowfox - the franchisor of over 1,000 full-service sushi kiosks in 25 states throughout the continental U.S., Hawaii and Alaska

The Supplier Auditor is responsible for assessing and evaluating the compliance, quality control, and safety standards of food manufacturing operations for our suppliers. The role ensures that food products meet regulatory standards, company specifications, and industry best practices.
This includes auditing production processes, food safety procedures, and labelling to ensure all operations align with local and international standards, such as HACCP and SEDEX regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and thorough audits of food manufacturing facilities to evaluate compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Inspect production lines, raw materials, packaging processes, and final products to ensure conformity to established specifications.
- Review operational records, batch production logs, and cleaning schedules for compliance.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international food safety regulations (e.g., FDA, USDA, HACCP, FSMA).
- Evaluate the implementation of food safety systems, including HACCP, GMP, and other food safety frameworks.
- Inspect food safety plans and protocols to ensure proper hazard analysis, risk mitigation, and process controls.
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Present audit results to senior management, highlighting potential risks, areas for improvement, and opportunities for efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas of improvement in food safety, quality control, and process efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP, SQF, ISO 22000) preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standar
