Supported Housing Project Coordinator (24-39)
Salary - £28,462 pro rata.
Part-time - 28 hours per week to work over 4 days.
(with the expectation of one additional sleep–in night shift per month)
Based in Ilfracombe, Permanent Contract
Are you passionate about supporting young people? Can you lead a team to ensure that the priority is the welfare, achievements and positive outcomes of the young people living in our accommodation?
We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to oversee our supported accommodation project in Ilfracombe.
You will be working with vulnerable young people aged 16 -25 years old, supporting them through the transition to independence. You will provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents, and you will be required to act as a key worker to these residents, taking responsibility for the building whilst on shift.You will also be the Line Manager for Housing Support Workers.
The post will include lone working, and the post holder will be required to participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the projects in North Devon.
