Job Description

• Overseeing regulatory compliance projects within the Capital Markets team
• Understand the impact of new systems changes to regulations and compliance
• Engaging with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Developing and implementing compliance strategies
• Ensuring all projects adhere to regulatory standards and best practices
• Providing advice to the department on regulatory issues
• Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes in the financial services industry
• Contributing to the overall strategic direction of the Banking department

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regulatory Compliance Project Manager - Capital Markets should have:

• Relevant educational qualifications in Finance, Law, Business or a related field
• Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance projects such as MIFID, EMIR, SFTR....
• A solid understanding of the financial services industry and capital markets
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• An understanding of the regulatory landscape within the financial sector

• £100-110,000 annually plus benefits on an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
